What do I do if I have received the wrong item?
In the unlikely event that you have received a wrong item, please email our Customer Services team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. To ensure the matter is resolved quickly and efficiently, in your email, please state the following information:
- Your order number (this can be found on your confirmation email you received at the time of placing your order)
- The name of the item you received
- The name of the item you were meant to receive
- A photograph of the item you have received including the logo
Once we have received the information above, our Customer Services team will get this matter resolved for your as soon as possible.
