What do I do if I have received a faulty item?
In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Services team immediately at email@example.com. In your email, please state the following information:
- Your order number (this can be found on your confirmation email you received at the time of placing your order).
- Which item is damaged
- A description
- Photographic evidence
Please wait to hear back from our customer services team before sending back a faulty item, as it may result in a slower resolution time.
All claims for orders arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Unless proof of damage has been confirmed and verified by a member of a Customer Services team, we are unable to action a refund or replacement.
As soon as we have received the information above, we will work efficiently and quickly to resolve the problem.
