In the unlikely event that you have received a wrong item, please email our Customer Services team immediately at info@8apparel.co.uk. To ensure the matter is resolved quickly and efficiently, in your email, please state the following information:

  • Your order number (this can be found on your confirmation email you received at the time of placing your order)
  • The name of the item you received
  • The name of the item you were meant to receive
  • A photograph of the item you have received including the logo

Once we have received the information above, our Customer Services team will get this matter resolved for your as soon as possible.

In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Services team immediately at info@8apparel.co.uk. In your email, please state the following information:

  • Your order number (this can be found on your confirmation email you received at the time of placing your order).
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description
  • Photographic evidence

Please wait to hear back from our customer services team before sending back a faulty item, as it may result in a slower resolution time.

All claims for orders arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Unless proof of damage has been confirmed and verified by a member of a Customer Services team, we are unable to action a refund or replacement.

As soon as we have received the information above, we will work efficiently and quickly to resolve the problem.
